Winspace Warranty

Here at Winspace we stand behind our products. We believe in providing a quality product to our users that is safe and fit for intended purpose. For this reason we supply all our frames with 3 years' warranty, 2 years' warranty for our wheelsets and 1 year for accessories. The specific details of our warranty can be found below;

Limited Warranty

Our warranty applies to the original owner only. Unless otherwise stated, the sole remedy under this warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Winspace. Winspace will not be responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability or any other theory. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on parts in situations where there are no material defects. (ie: Rim braking surface, Stickers, Decals, Paintwork, Etc.) This warranty does not cover consumable components including brake pads, spokes, rim tapes, bearings, etc.

This warranty does not cover:

1. The use of the product outside of its intended use. (eg: using road wheels for gravel or mountain bike riding)

2. Improper installation or maintenance by an unauthorized or unqualified technician.

3. Use with other third-party non-compatible products. (eg: using non-suitable brake pads)

4. Damage caused by a crash, accident, mis-use, or user negligence.
